We would like to wish you a fantastic stay with us. On this page we outline the main services and amenities at your disposal and important information to support your experience at Alfagar Village, Alfagar Aparthotel, Alfagar Prestige and Alfagar Alto da Colina.

  • We inform late check-out has an extra cost and it can only be confirmed on check-out day, from 9.30am

  • Wifi is free. Please connect to ‘Alfagar Free’, no password is required.
  • Wake up call can be requested at reception.
  • Luggage service is also available at reception.
  • If you wish to book activities outside of the resort, request transportation and visits to local attracions please contact reception.

  • Cleaning service is done from 9am until 5pm.
  • At Alfagar Aparthotel and Alfagar Alto da Colina, cleaning is done 5 times per week (except Fridays & Sundays), towels are changed 3 times per week and sheets are changed weekly.
  • At Alfagar Village, cleaning is done every 2 days, towels are changed twice per week and and sheets are changed weekly.
  • Self-Service Laundry services are available from 9am to 5pm.
  • At Alfagar Village it is located inside the changing rooms of the swimming pool area that is adjacent to Buganvilia Restaurant & Bar 
  • At Alfagar Alto da Colina it can be found on the 4th floor of the main building.
  • There is a rental fee of 5€ per towel for the entire stay, plus a cash deposit of 10€ per towel (refundable). If you wish to change towels, there is a charge of 1.50€ per towel.
  • Please do not take the towels from the apartments to the pools or the beach.
  • Swimming pools are open from 9am to 7pm.
  • In the indoor pools, please note that the use of swimming cap is mandatory. Caps are available at reception, for the price of 3.50€ per unit.
  • We have a football pitch at Alfagar Aparthotel and another at Alfagar Alto da Colina. Should you wish to play football in the evening, there is an extra fee for the lights, of 40€ per hour.
  • Tennis courts are available for 10€ per hour, plus a cash deposit of 5€ for the key is required (refundable).
  • You may rent rackets for 2€ per unit and a pack of 4 balls for 1€. 
  • The gym at Alfagar Aparthotel can be found next to the indoor pool on floor -1 and at Alfagar Alto da Colina, the gym can be found inside the Colina 2 building.
  • Open from 9am to 6pm, for the price of 10€ per person, per hour. These relaxation areas can be found near the indoor pools of Alfagar Aparthotel and Alfagar Alto da Colina.
  • We kindly ask you to please lock all the doors and windows in your apartment when leaving.
  • The use of the electronic safe is free. We recommend that you use the safe in your apartment as the hotel is not responsible for any valuables / items left outside the safe. Any situation relating to missing valuables / items from the locked safe will always be subject to review and investigation by the competent authorities, as well as being subject to the general terms and specific conditions of the Insurance Company. The maximum insured amount is 1,000 euros.
  • The company is not responsible for losses, damages, accidents, or personal injuries.
  • Always supervise your children inside the resort.
